Born into a family of farmers and winemakers in Tavel, he devoted himself passionately to viticulture. A visionary, he modernized the family estate while preserving its heritage. Today, this passion continues thanks to his children, Anne-Luce and Christian, and his grandson, Jean-François, who together manage the estate with the same ambition and authenticity.

Simona and Jean-François PALY,
They met while studying oenology in Toulouse. They decided to travel the world making wines. In 2017, Jean-François returned to the family business, continuing his parents' legacy by developing the vineyards and the wines. Simona, a consulting oenologist in the Rhône Valley, brings her expertise and touch of finesse. Their partnership is reflected in every bottle.
